WHAT IS THE TIMEFRAME?
After an application is submitted to our selected financial institution, a preliminary approval (subject to industry standard credit process) is normally offered within 24 hours. A full unconditional approval should then be forthcoming within 48 to 72 hours after the preliminary approval. This approval and its conditions are then forwarded to you for your acceptance and then settlement of the loan will be co-ordinated with your solicitor/conveyance.
